Our products can guarantee you pass each test in the first attempt. If you fail the test, we will refund the full payment fee to you. Please note the following conditions:
1. If you purchase the products from our website and fail the test in THREE months from the date of your purchase, we will refund full payment fee to you. If the test date is out of three months, you can only wait free update of the purchased product in one year, we will NOT refund the payment fee.
2. If you purchase two or more products in one order and fail ONE of them, we only refund the payment fee of the failed product to you. (for example, if you purchase C1000-031 and C1000-016 exams in one order from us, and fail C1000-016 exam, in this case, we will only refund the payment fee of C1000-016 exam to you. )
3. We only refund full payment fee to you when you yourself fail the test. ( for example, if your friend fails the test with the product you purchased from our website, we will not refund the full payment fee. )
4. If you fail the following vendors (such as Microsoft, Huawei, Salesforce, DELL EMC and Fortinet), we will not refund the payment fee. Because these vendors change their exams questions frequently. If you fail these vendors exams, you can choose to get the update or change another two exams for free.
Note: if you fail the test, please send the score report to us via email in ONE WEEK.
